The link hopefully takes to a 5 Mbyte .pdf of our USGS technical report that I completed 10 days ago. I'd be happy to discuss this should anyone look at it (the graphics, for example). Note that Fig 2 shows a clip of the 2010 California state fault activity map with our mapping next to it at same scale of same area. Brian or Glen or someone clued me in to the existence of this map in a post a couple weeks ago. Other important notes: I had my home office painted with the same/similar color scheme to Fig 6 when I lived in suburbia. I was bored working at home so it was to keep me awake. I'd like to paint our cars like that, maybe with some violet thrown in. We want to publish some of these figures, and having them online is problematical for certain journals. But, this is a USGS contract and I wanted to make a comprehensive report.
