Missouri River flood forecast

I'm just pasting in an email I sent to friends/family. Is Jane from Kansas still around? The Missouri River keeps coming up quickly from rains in Missouri; in 2007 or 2008 the rain was in Kansas:

The new Missouri River forecast for Booneville (upstream from Cooper's) is 30.7 feet, which is the highest there since 1995. If it gets that high (depends in part on which levees break), will be 1 or 2 feet of water in the store at Coopers Landing on Saturday. The river on Friday between MKT-Katie junction and Rocheport will be most interesting Friday afternoon as the rising river carries most of the logs, floating islands, etc.
Cooper's would be cool also but not really if underwater.
