Amit; If your point was to show that no hits is a possible result I would agree. It is possible. But the odds are 0.00000051 so 10,000 trials was not enough. We use past events to show what has been done. We don't want to wait a year to see how well you might do. Your weather example is not a good analogy. The weather is not random. There are known patterns. But quakes are random as far as we can tell, aftershocks, swarms and other such clusters excluded. Roger
