The prediction lacks

1. a specific area (aside from the whole world)
2. a specific time period is very soft- a few days, and
3. the magnitude range is soft- "PROBABLY" above 6.
as noted by mrrabbit.

There is no indication from where the 50% likelihood estimate arose.
Finally, discussion of the limitations are specifically requested NOT to be posted.

I doubt there is a credible authority in the world who would consider 1/4 of a prediction posted without a basis and anonymously on a discussion board to be a credible source.

If there are such readers, they should think more carefully.
