That was interesting since I remember that quake in 1968 very well. I was about 250-300 miles from the epicenter but it rocked everything hard. It was on a Saturday morning and I was sitting on the living room floor watching H.R. Puffinstuff. It was only a couple of months after my mom died and I was alone in the house. It scared the daylights out of me until I realized what it was!I always wondered why so little was known about all those quakes we felt. Thanks for posting!
