There was a M 6.1 aftershock in Haiti, towards the west side of the aftershock zone (and south of the unnamed fault on the seismic reflection profiles I linked to). I've avoided talking about what might be next, but if the 1700s are any guide there will be additional large earthquake on the 2 main fault zones in Hispaniola in the next decades. in 1999 in Turkey, there was another >M7 quake a couple of months after the deadly Izmit quake.
