They have a theory...I think it is worthwhile testing. 8-10 years for a given region should be long enough.

Now we just need to make sure Roger takes his Vitamin D and keeps active with his grand kids to stay around long enough to test the data then and verify. We could really use some real old fashioned science due to these last few weeks...
