Re: HIT!! 5.1 in Indonesia |
I appreciate valid scientific efforts to predict quakes. By this, I mean predicting quakes within a small geographic area, a short time period and close magnitude. These predictions need to have repeatable scientific basis. TRUE earthquake prediction does not really exist. We have some clues, but so far nothing significant for short-term prediction. Taking a guess (as I did) based upon a large geographic area, proven seismic activity, etc. is NOT prediction. I haven't seen this from your predictions. I suppose that your dedication to this is somewhat admirable. I don't know what your background is--but with your dedicating and interest, you might want to consider getting more formal education? I don't know... Follow Ups: ● Re: HIT!! 5.1 in Indonesia - Cathryn 12:33:29 - 9/28/2009 (76010) (0) |
