I just saw that a 6.4 occurred offshore in the So. Caribbean offshore Venezuela and not far from the ABC islands (Aruba, Bonaire and Curacao - very popular for diving and considered a "safe" vacation destination during Hurricane season). No tsunami apparently, but after our discussions a few months ago about the upswing in the number of EQ's in and around Puerto Rico over the past couple of years, anybody want to venture some guesses what's going on in the Caribbean?
