As I have said on numerous occasions in the past, I believe that for a variety of reasons, the science of earthquake forecasting is almost totally controlled by international government and scientific community politics. One of the consequences of this is that the international earthquake forecasting community has almost no sense of direction or identifiable goal. What we have around the world are a number of individuals, groups such as university groups, and government agencies all working largely independently of one another. They rarely share information with one another and actually have little interest in doing that. I myself talk with quite a few of them. But I have to go through a fair amount of trouble in order to do that. With things the way they are, only a limited number of amateur forecasters would probably be interested in an earthquake forecasting competition. Here is a suggestion for organizing your posts a little better. You might consider this as it could help make it easier to read posts in this bulletin board.
Post a single prediction. Then when you want to post something else do that as a response to your original post. And keep doing that until your group of posts gets really large or it moves so far down the list that people would have to go looking for it. When either of those things happen, post another prediction at the top of the list and start the process again. If you post every prediction as an independent entry then there are so many of them that people have to scan pretty far down the board to see if anyone else posted anything. Finally, I myself rely on information from other forecasters around the world at times such as right now when I am trying to determine where an earthquake might be about to occur. In my opinion, people's lives could at times depend upon that additional information. However, your data are not in a form where I myself can make use of them at the present time. And I believe that you need to do something to get your forecasts better organized if you want other people to be able to make use of them.
These are personal opinions.
