Hi Canie. I don’t know if this will give anyone a better idea as to the location of the 4.1Md quake.

It is located 1 mile north of the Tulare/Kern county line and 3 miles west of the Tulare/Inyo county line. It should be easy to plot for those who have county maps, or a map that outlines the counties. Take Care…Don in creepy town.
