Roger and Michael - this seems like the perfect thing for a GIS program.

At the very least a clickable map (a bit tedious to do as there are 279? regions - someone with infinite patience could find a 'fine' enough map of the world and then 'paint' on all the regions - then when you click on them ... hmmm... they usually link to something - I guess they could link to the name somehow - I'm not sure if the program could send the region number back to the form or not - maybe. Or have the user remember the region and enter it?

I bet that if you have the data in a database format it could somehow be converted to work with GIS to produce some sort of map even if its color coded and/or numbered.

Its been about 1 year since I've done any GIS stuff ....... what does the data look like Roger?
