Either way, it was fun to listen to U.S. Rep. Dana Rohrabacher the other day on KNX in Los Angeles. He vehemently opined that any form of "global warming" (from whatever source) was merely a liberal conspiracy to rob us of our standard of living and way of life.

Isn't it sad how "science" has fallen to partisan shenanigans? Nothing new, but perhaps we shouldn't look to the fate of Copernicus and Galileo with such shock. People have never really changed.

Oversimplified question: How does the Earth deal with a daily dose of pollutant poison and deforestation and there be no impact?
