Science is developing day by day in tune with our need and new approach. It is not ending with predetermined platform as we fixed but develops further. What I feel is though the calibration of all vital parameters were available accurately as you said but so far it does not yield good result in the field of seismic prediction. My method is try to solve it with different approach which gave good results in the past.

Let us wait and watch the incoming one shortly to prove it further.
