I did that for your Jan-Mar predictions. I also tried 100, 150 and 200 km radius and +-1 unit of mag and any mag.

None of it mattered. Your results were not significant.

Remember, larger ranges have higher probabilities.

Your Romanian area has one every 9 days so a one day window has odds of 1/9 while a 3 day window has odds of 1/3. Those are simple probability figures used for explanatory purposes only.
