Actually, he gives no range at all. He predicts a point, date and magnitude and leaves it up to the reader to select a location and magnitude range.

I've tried several ranges for his Jan-Mar 2009 predictions and none produce significant results.

He just makes a lot of predictions and claims the hits as proof of success.

They aren't.
