Boyko, I was waiting for some reaction to your post. in my case, I don't have the capability to evaluate predictions; Roger is the only one who does that here. But I, and others, can develop opinions about predictions posted here. But, I don't have time or interest to go to other web sites to look at predictions. I also avoid going to other sites because of computer security and SPAM. They would have to be posted here with precise information like minimum magnitude, location, distance from center of location (or a box and its corners), and a date with a range of dates.
By the way, I stopped receiving Russian SPAM; now I get porn/enlargement/drug type SPAM in English. Perhaps the Russian is now filtered out at work.
