When you lay a tile floor, you're supposed to find the center line of the room and start there. That way, all the partial tiles are around the edge.

I can cull a catalog based on what the USGS has defined as geographic regions because an identifying number is included with each quake. But those regions may not coincide with what you think they shoul.
