The question would be how and where to publish? Newspapers? Internet? There are always predictions of disaster out there. I used to monitor the ear tone sites, and there were ALWAYS predictions for almost everywhere. Few hit.

As for percentages, some studies have shown that real estate values, business, etc. would drop off dramatically if there was a valid percentage quake prediction. In our ridiculously litigious society, the lawyers would have a field day if or no the quake occurred!
