Puerto Rico just has me fascinated because of the location, the increase in seismicity since I first looked and from my father's stories of quakes when he was growing up in Cuba, which is close by.
I may be wrong, but I seem to recall that the Chinese evacuated the entire city before that quake and had no fatalities. Of course, they can play loose with facts since they control the media, so how true it is - even if published - is questionable.
