What you are saying makes absolute sense. Maybe I've read it before and maybe you've said it, but it just hit me. In a given area maybe someone can say that it reminds them of the last big one when whatever, but globally it seems one cannot predict quakes. They're like the big unsolvable mystery. I like that. Thanks. You made me look at it differently.
