The CGI program would store everything in files on the Internet server. Perl (the CGI program )is good at searching files for data, sorting the data, and displaying them.

As I said, I could do this myself if I had time. I actually did create a collection, storage, and display CGI program years ago with an earlier version of the EarthWaves site (QuakeNet). It is relatively easy work. I just takes a lot of time.
