Hi Petra. You have heard the old saying about the last straw breaking the camels back. One of those little quakes you say you’re not interested in may just be that one straw, or that one quake away from the next big one.

None of those quakes are sufficient enough to relief enough strain to prevent a big quake. If anything they could be building towards the next big quake. More and more evidence is being found that indicates Oregon has had some very large quakes in the past and it’s just a matter of time before the next one strikes. Take Care…Don in creepy town.
