Hi Don & Lowell, This is confusing to me. The coordinates for this prediction specify within 8 miles of xxx by xxx. It says the prediction is for off the coast of Oregon. Then the discussion leads to two predictions, one for Oregon and one for No. California. Well, it can't be in two places if you plan on using a latitude and longitude area. The other problem is that most quakes under a 3.0 can't be recorded that far out in the ocean so it could happen and no one would know about it. How do you resolve that problem? To be honest, if a 2.5 hits out there, I really am not to interested. :-) How about a redo on the whole prediction and write two new ones? Makes record keeping much easier. Just a thought from one who is confused....Petra
