The format of that list looks pretty good. However some changes might need to be made to insure that the Ear Tone or EM signal detection time is unambiguous. My forecasting program requires about a 5 minute time window accuracy. And simply listing the time and saying PST or whatever might cause some confusion. But that should be an easily solvable problem.
