Living in the present |
It appears to me that you really don't understand what is taking place here. That earthquake forecasting computer program is now available to governments and professional and amateur researchers around the world. They can plug some EM signal times into it and predict their own earthquakes. As the saying goes (roughly), "If you give a man a fish you have fed him for a day. But if you teach him to fish you have fed him for a lifetime." Why should I predict everyone else's earthquakes including ones of interest to you now that they and you can do that themselves and yourself? Additionally, I am getting so busy now talking with forecasting researchers around the world trying to coordinate different things that I don’t have time to run the forecasting program in its most advanced mode. And again, why should I try to do that when governments around the world can do that themselves?
