Hello Roger,

My thinking is that most of the predictors on the other forums would/will not abide by your conditions. Most of those predictions are wide sweeping in time and area in locations where numerous quakes happen anyway. I tried to predict quakes based on pattern analysis, but failed. I would agree with your standards if I was still trying.
