Now I'll agree that there are some electromagnetic signals that possibly happen prior to quakes and also note that when electron flux is low that quakes may occur - problem is, there's no way to tell a location..

A gentleman who used to post here years ago, Dennis, used these types of signals..

He's probably one of the few who ever really predicted some quakes.. I'm sure Roger at least remembers him..
