If I understand your posts right:

1. You just posted 2000 words with no specific evidence that your method works.

2. You cannot assemble a demonstration that past predictions worked, nor that there is a quantitative physical theory behind your methods.

3. No scientist is willing to come forward to vouch for your methods, despite your decade of posts here and elsewhere, and claims to be working with scientists worldwide. You yourself are anonymous so no one can assess whether you have any track record in understanding earthquakes.

4. You plan to demonstrate it works by offering a website on which people can try their own hand at predicting earthquakes just as you have done.

5. I should pipe down because successful earthquake prediction would save lives, and because I have the audacity to ask for evidence after reading that you will save untold lives, and along the way often asserted the real scientists have been negligent.

I doubt progress from your methods is likely.
