do you know some of these professional companies? I would like to administrate our patent with their help. On the other hand I need somebody, who can apply our apparatus and methodology in USA. The best way is to create a small agency. I am able to hand over our know how and supply our apparatus. Their cost is less than 2000 USD (including PC). On the other hand the SW is expensive, because there is more than 10 years of our work and more than 4 years of experiences of measurement.
