Thanx Roger.

I guess it does give a way to determine if we are in a period of higher or lower seismicity. The biggest quakes seem to happen in a random fashion, as we can see at the link provided. My guess is that So Cal will get the next strong jolt. People up north think they will get it. Not very scientific, eh?
