The notes I am presently posting here are progress reports so that people with whom I am talking know where things stand and what the next steps in this project will be. That way I don’t have to constantly circulate E-mail reports. These notes are not for debate purposes. I don’t have time to discuss program details. My computer program needs just one last lengthy ReadMe file to be added and it should be ready for circulation for testing purposes. And it is important that I concentrate on that.

If anyone feels that the information already stored at my Freewebs Web site does not provide adequate proof that the program works then it is probably unlikely that any additional information posted here will change things. People will just have to wait until the program is ready for general circulation and try running it themselves.

On a related subject, I also believe that data that researchers have stored at different Web sites in the past regarding Earthquake Clouds provide reasonably good proof that those clouds could be valuable earthquake precursors. And I feel that it is unfortunate that the Earthquake Cloud researchers have not had more success with getting governments and other researchers around the world to take a stronger interest in studying those phenomena.
