Ah---California. Seems that quake activity perked up a bit...just what California doesn't need at the moment.

As for the fires--we never learn, do we? Keep building up there in the foothills...and every few years, the we get to rebuild. The SB fire is almost exactly like one in 1977. Those hot winds blow, and some jerk starts a fire, AND sad folks lose their homes...or lives.

Somebody once described So. Calif's four seasons as: Flood, Fire, Earthquake and Riot.
