I thought it was a bunch of hokum until I did a practical experiment with a junk deep cell boat battery, a small sealed battery, and using only the load side of the schematic. The results were not what I expected, in that it actually worked.
I'm of the opinion that,"You can't argue with success", irregardless of whether someone can pencil out that it can't work.
This is one thing I file under,"Odd but works".
I've been dealing with electrical and electronic systems for years, and this is one I can't say doesn't work.
I figure if I'm going to take a drubbing from Mike, so be it. I'm not too terribly concerned one way or the other.
I'm a practical problem solver, not a theorist.
