EOS article: "Not to worry: Solar magnetic activity is increasing"

This article is in the latest issue of EOS, Transactions AGU, vol. 89, no. 43, 21 Oct 2008.
It says that the low activity of the 2008 is not so unusual, with 6 years in the last century having more spotless days than 2008 (although 2008 is not over yet).
