I don't know that much about Palin. However, she believes in hunting wolves, teaching creationism, drilling all over, no choice for women, etc. I think that it was a clever move on McCain's part, and I also think that the Republicans are majorly lucky that Bush and Cheney are using the pathetic, pathetic excuse of Hurricane Gustav to avoid attending the convention. Their presence there would have reminded some of what a failure they've been.

Yeah, my Republican friends all think that I should jump on the McCain wagon because he has a woman on board. How stupid do they think women are (well, I could get into that one also!). The ex-beauty queen, NRA huntress with five kids, brave enough to bear a downs-syndrome child last year, is a conservative dream. She's a nightmare to me. 1 in 3 VPs has become president.

If she's smart, she'll make Biden look like a bully in the debates. I'm afraid, I'm so afraid....
