Funny you mention that...I started to get similar SPAM the past two weeks.

The normal general stuff combining first and last names from two different language groups is starting to get replaced by what you noticed.

Biggest difference is that the latest stuff seems to carry more embedded trojans designed to exploit web enabled mail clients and webmail.

...so careful...just delete...don't look.
