If you go to the bottom of the following Web page there is a link for the 302.zip file.

http://www.freewebz.com/eq-forecasting/302.html

If when you click on it your browser does not ask if you want to download it and store it in one of your computer directories or immediately open the file then you might have your browser set to reject zip files. Or perhaps your Internet Provider is doing that though I think that that would be unlikely.

If all else fails, try visiting my Web site, send me a note using my address there, and I will send you back a copy of the file as a .html file that should make it through any filters on your system. It was originally on my site as that .html Web page. However after a number of downloads the site stopped running for a month. So I compressed the larger html files and stored them there as zip files.

With the new program I am trying to make available I am going to have to store download copies at other Web sites as my own will still stop running with too many downloads. And I also don't have time to maintain a major Web site.
