First of all, Mikey, do not ever chastise me for asking valid questions on this discussion board. Your pompous attitude is way out of line.

Second, let me reiterate that it was a question, not a presumption as you incorrectly referred to it. And if ALL the experts had come to that conclusion, I wouldn't be asking the question in the first place.

Third, I do not need your diatribe against right-wing radio shows, religion or the those profit-seeking corporations who keep this country running and who probably write your paycheck (if you even have a real job). Religion, coservatism, profit and capitalism are not dirty words, as you seem to imply.

And one last point: your sarcasm is cruel and unkind, e.g., your recent post to Luke Thomas that said something like: "So, how's the earthquake-prediction business going for you lately?" Fortunately, he took the high road in his response, gave a positive response, while totally overlooking your overt implication of ridicule.

I read and appreciated John Vidale's and Chris' detailed and to-the-point responses to my post. Their input added value to the discussion. Your responses added nothing to the discussion and were totally lacking in value.
