On February 18th 2008 I added 200 more cities in California to my forecasting data.... Since that day 100% of the earthquakes 4.1+ have occured within the blue-violet very high risk areas ....
Also ... a couple of weeks ago I "turned down the gain" ...or made the blue-violet areas smaller and more accurate.... so you'll see less of the blue-violet areas.
