In response to your comment that the piece was biased -- yes, of course, it was biased. It was an editorial, not a news article!! That's what is generally written in an editorial -- a biased opinion of the editors -- they are entitled to opinions in that section of the newspaper. As for Mike's comment that the WSJ is "extraordinarily biased" -- get real! Once again, this particular piece was an editorial. The WSJ's news reporting is highly acclaimed as factual, in-depth reporting. BTW, the WSJ publishes salient opinions in its op-ed section written by left-wingers, such as a recent one by Joe Biden. (Can left-wing, liberal publications make the same claim in the opposite direction?) And I'm still waiting for Mike to share his list of "more reliable sources" that he has turned to -- I'd love to know what they are. Carbon cap and trade (or some form of it) is what we are going to get -- and it won't make a darn bit of difference for global warming -- the only difference will be in the form of money, who gets it and how much.
