First-out of all the message boards I contribute to, this thread on this one should get the award for most hijacked thread-I'm LMAO how my question on 10 year earthquake intervals converted at some point to animal control-but I think its funny-so no worries.

Second-Question only for Canie-I did hear that here in LA county (or city?) there is an initiative up for discussion that would make it mandatory for pet owners to spay and neuter all pets-I THINK It doesn't apply to breeders yet. If this goes through, then essentially is it safe to say that at least 5 years out, anyone having a pet in LA will have some kind of breed and teh shelters will be somewhat out of business?
