Canie, while I am not in favor of effectively unrestricted immigration, I'll disassociate myself with the rest of your comments...makes it sound like you and I, being of European heritage, have more right to be here than even decendents of immigrants (which we are also). Many would disagree that recent immigrants or descendents of same are a burden to society. You may not have intended it, but your post reads racist.
