Thank You Cathryn -

You can't show your cats the same day you are judging. Typically, cat shows are 2 day shows - Saturday and Sunday - if you judge on Sunday, your cat can be shown on Saturday, but someone else has to handle it - if you judge Saturday, you can show your own cat on Sunday.

During training (next 15-18 months) your cat(s) can be shown, but must be handled by someone else until your training is complete for the 2 days. So it's pretty fair.

Yes, it's a bit of a shame as I won't get to show as much as I used to. But.. my last show was phenomenal - my Neutered boy was the Best Alter in Show, my Malu Lani Supremed and was given the award by Jean Mill (I never really explained what it meant - it represented the best vision of the future of where the breed is going - they are supposed to look like leopards) - AND another girl of mine was the best Bengal Female and Third best bengal in the show and she got a Double Grand Champion title. So it was one heck of a great show to top the showing career.

I'll probably drag my Neutered boy around as he really enjoys being with me and going to the shows (he's a bit of a ham) - his pictures can be seen here: Nanuk and I'd like to get my Mink girl to at least a Quad Grand Champion (no pictures) and I have another little female kitten that is similar in color to Nanuk who is just about 5 months old right now. It just may take a bit longer now to title them since I'm training...
