Roger: But, if the predictor said Oregon, and the FE Oregon includes a slice of the Pacific, Or misses a slice of Eastern Oregeon, then your making a huge assumption that the predictor knew that those slices were added or missing when you replace Oregon with FE Oregon. Chances are the predictor has no clue what FE Oregon is, and if you base an evaluation upon FE Oregon, your gunna get burned, for example, when a quake hits in the little slice of Oregon which is not included in your definition, and you deny him a hit. If we expect exact detail from predictors, we better be very exact ourselves.....
