Is there a way to configure "non perigee syzygies" versus "non syzygy perigees" to find an average, or root mean square as to what might, could be expected? Seems to me that some of that work I did in the Aleutians showed high hit rates for last quarter moon phases, niether of which was apogee or perigee. There must be an acceptable middle ground...I think. (Using global, not Aleutian)
