The link is to weather.com on a bit of a rant by a meteorologist about seasonal hurricane forecasts. I think there may be something to learn in this about earthquake long-range forecasts and short term predictions. I think some of the comments made to press about North Anatolian fault in Marmara Sea caused problems...although if it forced structures to be built better, that is a good thing.
