Cathryn, I could have just said "north-dipping reverse fault". The hanging-wall in a reverse fault moves up, so if a N-dipping reverse fault, then by definition, the north side has move up relative to the south side.
I'm pretty sure you know what "dip" is and "reverse" is, google them if not.
