Happy Birthday Roger. It is OK as long as you find the majority of your errors. I make plenty of errors but tend to find them myself. The problem is when people/scientists make errors and don't know to back off/correct them. As I get older and more anxious, I tend to misplace words and stuff like that.
I was thinking that the state of earthquake prediction on this page is not very good and I wonder if it would be interesting to post some stuff on the earthquake predictability efforts that are going on in the seismo community. I think there is a special session at AGU on this. I was going to post the email for that here but did not.
By my crack at state of earthquake prediction I mean those who predict but do not give the method, those who slide the time windows repeatedly, those who repost predictions of others...or those that do all 3.
