Yeah - the last couple of administrations were pretty much identical.... other than the facts that Clinton's presidency was enormously popular and successful, and the Bush (son) presidency is marked by record-low popularity and has been a complete disaster for the U.S. But, yeah, other than that, what's the difference?

Ron Paul's just great if you share the libertarian's desire to drown government in the bathtub (just as do the Repubs), and thereby completely eliminate what little regulation remains over our increasingly emboldened and rapacious corporatism. It's amazing how right-wing control over the media has caused so many middle class Americans to completely ignore their own best interests. And to rally so strongly behind a culture that will just use them and their labors as comodities.
